da Vinci, a roboticist?

I came across this in Wired. What a cool article! Da Vinci is definitely one of the most interesting historical figures. What did da Vinci NOT do?

I agree. Da Vinci was an amazing man who was literally wise beyond his years. He thought up premature models of stuff we're just now discovering. Without the Rennaisance Period... I wouldn't be typing right now. People of the 21st century take so much for granted. Including myself.
