Sony ships sneaky DRM software | InfoWorld | News | 2005-11-02 | By Robert McMillan, IDG News Service

So, what do you think of Sony now? How do you feel knowing that a company will install DRM and rootkit software on your computer without your knowledge?

Sounds like we really do have to worry about big brother. Think twice before sticking that CD in your computer!

I just read this article from Wired. Pretty interesting stuff about whether we can trust the security companies that "protect" our machines. Why was this not detected?

I don't used sony. I have an Apple computer protected by Apple and its operating system. Sory about the prob. with sony, but I only use Apple and Nintendo.
