Wah wah. Oh, my broken heart. Hey, the kid STOLE a car. The kid RAMMED a police car. The kid DISOBEYED a request to stop. The kid is DEAD.
I don't know what the parents taught this kid. I don't know if this kid was on a path to gang activity. I just know that stealing is not good. Driving at 13 years of age is not legal. Disobeying a direct order from a peace officer is not a good thing. Running a stolen car into a police car is not a smart move. He was running. He was guilty. He was putting the officers and others in danger.

And now the police cannot even protect themselves in L.A.! It looks like HelLA is going to be just that, Hell. The gangs will run rampant. The crooks and thieves will have field days. They will use minors to do the dirty work knowing that the police cannot do anything. What a shitty say to run a huge city. Good luck Angelinos. OH, a don't' forget all the illegal immigrants, too.
